Comment policy

1. Purpose

BrokersReportados allows citizens to share anonymous experiences about unauthorized financial platforms. Comments complement citizen reports and official alerts with the aim of informing and protecting other users, especially in Spain and Latin America.

2. Automatic publication

Comments are published automatically but may be removed if they violate the terms. Comments may be published with the public name provided by the user. Private data will not be published. BrokersReportados may reject, edit or remove comments that include sensitive personal data, unverifiable accusations, insults, threats, suspicious links, advertising, spam or content that may affect the rights of third parties. Comments represent solely the opinion of the sender and do not necessarily reflect the position of BrokersReportados.

3. Automatic filter — blocked content

The system automatically blocks comments that contain any of the following:

  • Phone numbers or any digit string that could be identified as such.
  • Email addresses.
  • URLs, domains or links to websites.
  • Links to Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal or other messaging apps.
  • Phrases offering money recovery: "we recover", "we help you recover", "recover your money".
  • Guarantee phrases: "we guarantee".
  • References to law firms, lawyers or services linked to fund recovery.
BrokersReportados cannot verify the legitimacy of third-party services. That is why we block this type of content in comments to protect our community.

4. Prohibited content

  • False or fabricated information intended to harm third parties.
  • Defamatory, insulting or honour-damaging content about individuals or companies.
  • Personal data of yourself or others (names, ID numbers, documents, etc.).
  • Advertising, self-promotion or spam of any kind.
  • Content infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Content illegal under Spanish or European Union law.

5. Comment privacy

Comments can be published with a name or anonymously without identification. The indicated country is optional. We do not store IP addresses or financial data of authors. Only the name (if provided), country (if indicated), comment text and publication date are recorded.

6. Liability

BrokersReportados acts as a user-generated content (UGC) hosting platform under the Digital Services Act (DSA) and applicable Spanish law. Comments reflect the opinion of their anonymous authors and do not constitute the editorial position of the portal. BrokersReportados is not liable for content that passes the automatic filter before being reviewed by the moderation team.

7. Comment removal

Anyone can request the review or removal of a comment they believe violates this policy by contacting the portal through the means indicated in the legal notice. The moderation team will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
